The (In) Justice For All Film Festival Committee invites all filmmakers to help educate the citizenry about the dilemma of mass incarceration in the United States.
Official Regulations and Guidelines
Feature length films/documentaries completed on or after June 15, 2017 are eligible, short documentaries completed on or after June 15, 2016 are eligible.
All entries must be either in English or subtitled in English.
Entrants confirm and warrant that they have the required legal authority to submit the entry into the festival and to use all music, images, and content in the entry.
Films must be submitted on SD Card, USB Drive, or DVD.
Only entries submitted with completed submission forms, entry fees, signed attestation forms, and films submitted in the requested formats will be considered.
For 2019, the film committee is accepting only completed works; no works-in-progress will be considered.
The deadlines for submissions are March 17, 2019 (Early), May 12, 2019 (Regular), June 9, 2019 (Late)., June 30, 2019 (Last Chance), and July 21, 2019 (Emergency). Late entries will not be considered.

The cost of shipping an entry to the Festival must be paid by the entrant. Collect or COD shipments will not be accepted.
Judging and Selection (Please see the website for information on rubrics for judging the various categories.) All entrants will be notified regarding inclusion in the festival by August 12, 2019. The film selections will be posted on the website. A member of the Festival committee will also notify each entrant by phone or email.
